You’re invited: BID LIVE sessions

15.4.2026

BID LIVE is a stakeholder engagement programme with tourism businesses across the Island, hosted by Visit Isle of Wight, to create a more connected and continuous approach to industry engagement.

Chief Executive Dominic Wray will lead the sessions alongside members of the organisation’s Board and team members.

The programme reflects a renewed focus on transparency, collaboration and ongoing dialogue with the Island’s tourism sector.

What to expect

These sessions are designed to be open, informative and forward-looking. During the session, we will update you on:

  • Set out a clear new vision for Island tourism – drawing a line under the past and outlining where we are heading
  • Revisit what a BID is, ensuring clarity ahead of voting later in the year
  • Highlight key achievements and delivery to date of BID 2
  • Gain your feedback to help shape BID 3
  • Share updates on marketing, PR and partnership opportunities
  • Showcase upcoming business support opportunities, including workshops, training, and a total upgrade on the Wight BID Pro website

As part of BID LIVE, we will also:

  • Give you the opportunity to submit questions in advance (email info@visitwight.org)
  • Share key questions, answers and actions after each session
  • Make content available on Visit Wight Pro so you can stay informed
  • We’ll also be asking you to ensure your business details are up to date so we can keep you informed moving forward.

Why attend?

This is your BID. These sessions are your opportunity to contribute to its future.

Your feedback, insight and perspective are essential in helping us shape something that works for the Island as a whole, and BID LIVE is about making sure that conversation continues beyond the room.

Please ensure you let us know which session you’re attending here.
