Become a Visit Isle of Wight Company Member

Membership of Visit Isle of Wight Ltd is open to all Wight BID levy payers at no extra cost and means you will:

• Have the opportunity to attend ‘member’ only meetings and have your say
• Be entitled to vote on all BID Company issues at Annual and General Meetings – choose a representative from your business to vote on your organisation’s behalf at Visit Isle of Wight’s Members’ Annual and General Meetings

If a named representative is chosen, the form must be signed by a Director or the business owner.

The liability of each member is limited to £1, being the amount that each member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company in the event of its being wound up while they are a member or within one year after they cease to be a member.
