If you have 2 or more cases in your premises it would be classed as an outbreak and you would need to notify local PHE or Environmental Health, we will then provide specific advice.

10:42:36	 From  Wendy Perera IWC : Re isolating and knock on impacts, you may like to consider how you reflect this sort of issue in your terms and conditions and also check with your insurers for any advice as well.  If guests are nearly at the end of their stay there is nothing preventing them from returning without having had a test and therefore leaving either slightly early or on time.

10:50:40	 From  Amanda Gregory IWC : The guidance is: limit social interactions to two households (your support bubble counts as one household) in any location; or, if outdoors, potentially up to six people from different households. It will be against the law for gatherings of more than 30 people to take place. Premises or locations which are COVID-19 Secure will be able to hold more than 30 people, subject to their own capacity limits, although any individual groups should not interact with anyone outside of the group they are attending the venue with - so in a group no larger than two households or six people if outdoors.

To add on from what Wendy advised, ensure your terms and conditions are bold and compelling to cover this issue and advise that the consumer should have adequate travel insurance to cover this eventuality to compensate them for possible additional costs they may have to pay to you if they need to stay longer. Guidance advises that shared facilities should remain closed. The guidelines are flexible and allow for different approaches, not prescriptive controls of solutions.  Need to think about the transmission and hand contact surfaces are a risk area that give the virus an opportunity to spread so needs to be considered.
