Isle of Wight Exhibition Partnership
The exhibition partnership was set up approximately 22 years ago by what was then the tourist department at the Council and some proactive private sector businesses. It was recognised that there was an opportunity to further promote the Island at these travel and tourism exhibitions outside and additional to the core marketing activities that were already in place. With an extensive programme of exhibitions attended each year, the partnership has been tremendously successful at raising the profile of the Isle of Wight and the activity of contributing partners both in the UK and abroad. Last year the group attended 11 exhibitions across the UK and in Europe. The Exhibition Partnership remains an exciting way to ensure the Island is represented at major shows across the UK and Europe. In our ever-evolving tourism climate the Partnership evolves too, looking into more trade shows for the 2019/2020 programme and looking closely at the Group Travel market and family demographics.
Having the opportunity to speak face to face with a wide cross section of Group Travel Organisers and an enthusiastic proactive public, enables each of the partners to actively promote the Island and their core business at a wide range of exhibitions in an extremely cost-effective manner.
How much does it cost to join?
£3,500 + vat
• Have your say. The opportunity to attend all exhibition meetings and contribute to the decision-making process of the group and be included in a range of other marketing opportunities chosen by the group.

NB: You must allow extra budget for your staffing and expenses on top of the fee to account for travel, food accommodation. Approx. an extra £1,500. This membership fee pays to produce an Exhibition Partnership publication, video, booking shows, stand merchandise, branding and materials.
